- Our responsibility for the air conditioner will remain till installation.
- If any queries arises after installation, your complaint will be resolved by the company / service center. Issues must be registered on the tollfree number only.
- If you do not get a satisfactory solution to your complaint, then kindly contact us with the complaint number. We shall talk to the company and provide you full support.
- We recommend 1 ton AC for 100 sqft area and 1.5 ton AC for 150 sqft area.Kindly install AC as per the room size and location.
- Currently, due to high temperatures and extra load on service centers, machine parts are taking time to arrive, hence due to unavailability of parts, repairing may take more time.
Yes, sometimes it may take more than 7 days. - Due to excessive heat, there may be more load on the service center and it may take longer to resolve the complaint.
- If the company approves replacement due to any manufacturing defect in the AC, then the replacement will be done by the service center only.
- When the voltage is low, it is mandatory to install a stabilizer according to the voltage.
- When the weather is continuously hot and the temperature is more than 42 degrees, the efficiency of the AC is affected, the AC works better if the outdoor unit is shaded.
